Offers controllable resistance

These paddles are the perfect piece of equipment. I love that they offer resistance in all directions. Foam dumbbells only provide resistance in a downward direction. I like that I can adjust the resistance down when my arthritis is flaring up.

I will shop here again.

I use these paddles in my class. They have an adjustment that adds variable resistance. The adjustment is great when I want to change my exercises to easier or harder.
